Songs are all taught by ear, so you dont need any previous singing or musical experience to join. Every session starts with a warm up. The warm up is a vital part of the preparation for singing. It involves some gentle stretches, with a special focus on posture and on common areas of tension, like neck and shoulders. Next we move on to breathing, because our breath provides essential support for our voice and finally a gentle warm up for our voices. Then we sing! Each term we start some new songs as well as recapping old favourites. STOP PRESS NEWS - £4,589.20 FOR WATER AID
Coastal Voices and fellow musicians from across North Wales have raised more than £4,500 this year alone for Water Aid with a gala concert in Llandudno plus many smaller events. So if you sing with us, you are helping to provide clean and safe water for communities around the world. COME AND BE PART OF IT! |
